Pilots

Send what you have. Back the next day.

Evaluate the real thing. Your agents use the product the way they would in production, not a demo built for you.

    How we think about ROI.

ROI is something you prove, not something you project.

    1. Your inputs. You choose the KPIs that matter and the team to measure, using your own headcount and costs.
    2. Your baseline. Before day one, we pull today's numbers from your floor, so there is a real before to compare.
    3. Your result.Real numbers and savings for your business, from your own agents working live in production.

What you put in. What comes out.

    You give
    • Call recordings screen and audio, redacted on upload
    • Your SOPs as they are today
    • Your scorecard the form your reviewers already use
    • Training decks onboarding slides, job aids
    • PDFs and policy docs whatever your agents reference
    • Anything else you use knowledge articles, scripts, macros

About 5 hours of your time.

    You get
    • A working replica of your systems every screen, every field
    • Simulations with an AI customer who changes their mind
    • Every pilot call scored on your scorecard same day
    • Coaching assigned from the scores automatically
    • Your KPI, measured against your baseline weekly

Numbers you can take to the business.

Questions worth asking about any pilot

What do we have to prepare?

What you already have: a screen recording of your systems, your SOPs or a knowledge base export, your QA scorecard, and a few call recordings. There are no screenshots to gather or scripts to write. Plan on about five hours of your team's time.

Do we need an integration or an install?

Not for simulations or QA. You send recordings and documents, and Reddy builds from those, so there is nothing for IT to set up. Live Assist is different: it runs as a desktop companion and connects to your phone system, so a Live Assist pilot includes that setup.

How is ROI measured in a pilot?

Against your own baseline. Before day one we pull your current numbers, such as ramp time, QA score, and handle time, from your floor. During the pilot every call is scored on your scorecard, so the result is measured on your calls and ready for finance, not projected from an industry average.

How long does a pilot run?

It is set around your goals, usually on one team or call type. The first simulation is back the next day, agents start practicing in the first week, and you review results with your PM and CSM every week.

Send a recording this week. Agents practice on it next week.
